We are having an Adoption Event this Saturday, August 20 at Bonefide, 162 West Line Street (formerly Pet Friendzy). Come on in where it’s cool and meet some of the wonderful dogs now living at the shelter! The event is from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We also need volunteers to help run the event – call Nancy Hardy at (760) 920-0006 for details.

Eastern Sierra Dog Rescue is holding a garage sale fundraiser from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 30 at 286 May Street in Bishop. We’ll have lots of great items for sale, and you can also swing by and make a cash donation to help support the work of finding homes for hard-to-place dogs. If you’d like to donate items to the sale, please drop them off on Friday, July 29 at the location, between 5 and 7 p.m. Thank you!
